I am looking forward to no more art when I come back to school for the second semester. I really don't like art. I am right brained, and if you want to be very good at art, you should be left brained. Right brained people are usually very serious and think very probably. For example, if you are teaching a class, and you tell your students to draw a tree. If the student drew a real or realistic tree, he is right brained. If the student drew a purple or colorful tree, chances are they are left brained.
I am right brained. If my art teacher told me to draw a tree, I would try to make a tree which real or very realistic. I would not color it purple. I like to be very probable. I can't wait for science workshop (also called rocketry). In it, we will build rockets.

I think that the most important thing the Japanese borrowed from the Chinese is religion. For example, Japan borrowed Buddhism from China. Buddhism is meant to be peaceful. If you look at the Japanese, they have nature painted over fans and doors. Forms of Buddhism were invented so that peasants can also be good Buddhist. For example, a peasant man who works in the fields does not have time to meditate. So, people invented Pure Land Buddhism, so peasants can reach enlightenment by chanting Buddha's name in the fields.

There are so many weeds I have to pull. Can't they just stop growing? It sounds like it is about to rain. What, there are no clouds? Are those the M-M-Mongol warriors. What will I do? There is nowhere I can run, and they are running straight towards my fields. I will run. No, that would be just suicide. I will... Ahah! I know, I will hide myself in the fields, I will stay on the floor until they have passed. Surely they won't see me.
