Egg Drop

      In Mr. West's class, we are doing an egg drop. Mr. West is going to go on top of the roof and drop our egg drop structure. We are going to insert an egg on the day of the egg drop which is supposed to be April, 12. The goal is to make sure that the egg will survive. Originally we came up with an elevator idea, and that when the box hits the floor, the egg moves a little but not enough to break the egg. This didn't work out very well, and we are adding a parachute, and we are going to get some marshmallows to put on the inside. I looked up the parachute idea, and it did not work very well. When my friend threw his into the air, it came back down softly. I am going to build a parachute this weekend or at least get the supplies to build one.
